Operation Manager
Wolseley Industrial Group -Integrated Services has a position open for a Site Operations Manager for our new customer Watts located in Franklin, NH.
The associate will be responsible for managing the on-site operation with three direct reports. This will include a heavy emphasis on managing the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management in support of customer operations. Additional responsibilities will include oversight of sourcing and procurement, reporting, cost reduction initiatives, and working to solidify the overall customer relationship. The associate will work day to day with customers to set customer expectations and to ensure that the contract is being administered professionally.
The candidate should have purchasing experience and good organizational skills, and be able to build rapport with customers. The candidate should be willing to learn about managing a business, be customer service orientated, and possess a great attitude and work ethic. The position may lead to other leadership positions and career opportunities within the company.
