Job Description
Operate machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of products and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates

Required Skills
Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of products
Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures
Load component materials into product specific tools
Follow established documentation for product manufacturing
Receive customer supplied and/or purchased materials, including proper labeling, handling and movement of materials and paperwork
Document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers/work orders and receiving/shipping documents
Maintain the segregation of conforming vs. non-conforming product
Prepare packages and paperwork for product/materials being shipped
Performs in-process inspection of all parts and/or assemblies in accordance with the requirements stated in the work order or as otherwise stated on drawings or work instructions
Performs visual inspection both unaided and using microscopes
Performs various dimensional inspection using specific dies or gauges, or dimensional inspection systems and micrometers
Assist with continuous improvement projects
Provides direction and training within the manufacturing cell to other Machine Operators assigned to assist them
Ability to perform most manufacturing set up tasks with minimal supervision in accordance to set up sheet and operations sheets per customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and adjust set-ups as necessary,document changes per procedure.
Insure machine and inspection set up are adequate for the product
Practicethe gooddocumentation practice procedure
Performs additional duties as required under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor
Required Experience
A minimum of 7+ years experience operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
