POSITION: Full Time Deli Manager
LOCATION: Laconia NH
SCHEDULE: Flexible 45 hours.
RATE OF PAY: Based upon skill level and previous experience (Salary Position).
TIMING: Position available immediately.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Deli Experience is necessary.
Responsible for all aspects of staffing of department
Strong management skillsKrecruitment, interviewing, selecting, performance appraisals, counseling and discipline, directing, motivating, etc.
Some understanding of inventory and financial statements necessary.
Good interpersonal and team skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
College education preferred but not required.
Detail oriented.
Requires some heavy lifting (40 lbs. +/-).
Requires standing/walking/kneeling over long periods of time.
Requires use of small hand tools.
Requires flexible schedule to include early mornings, nights and weekends.
Reports directly to the Store Manager.
