Job Details:
The Perioperative Manager is accountable for the coordination, direction, organization and evaluation of the perioperative patient care, human resources, and department management on a 24 hour basis. The Manager may supervise one or more departments in Surgical Services to include: OR, Endoscopy, Pre-evaluation Center, Perioperative Care Center, PACU, CSR and Special Procedures. This position cultivates trusting relationships between surgeons, Anesthesia Providers, staff and administration. The manager collaborates with other leaders within surgical services to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes, preserving an outstanding patient experience. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelors degree preferred. 5 or more years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role as well as a background in perioperative nursing through the continuum of care is preferred. Current NH RN License required and, when applicable, current National Certification in a clinical specialty is preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
