This position is for seasonal hires with potential of growth to become part of our year round team We are looking for an individual that will responsible for providing all of our hotel's guests with an accommodating experience by coordinating amenities and responding to customer needs.
Their duties include, but not limited to, greeting/monitoring guests as they enter the lobby, fielding calls from guests to resolve and accommodate their needs, create & manage hotel reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs.
As a front desk clerk you are responsible for taking care of the guests while they are at our family resort.
You will be providing the first, and most important impression for our guests.
You are responsible for communicating with guests to meet their needs and handle any issues that may arise.
This position is for part-time/full-time employment.
