We are seeking an Apartment Manager for the community.
This is a full-time position, 30 hours per week.
The specific hours worked may vary depending on scheduled events.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of property management experience and enjoys working with seniors.
Superior customer service and the ability to multi-task are essential in this position.

Job Responsibilities Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of managing the apartment complex Create and maintaining tenant files Develop marketing tools to ensure timely occupancy of apartments Maintain an open line of communication with tenants and their families Develop marketing tools to ensure timely occupancy of apartments Review tenant complaints/grievances, in keeping established policy, and make written reports of action take Participate in the interviewing, selecting, monitoring, and evaluating apartment housekeeping staff Ensure that the building and grounds are maintained and in good repair Create and maintain individual tenant files Maintain an active waiting list and update routinely Keep an adequate supply of apartment brochures and application forms Interview prospective tenants/family members, conduct tours, and complete necessary documentation At the time of rental, complete all necessary documentation, contracts and education for new tenants Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent Must have a clean driving record Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required Some Social Service, Real Estate, or related experience preferred If you are someone who appreciates and truly cares for the welfare of the geriatric population, apply now to fill out an application.
