Job Details:
Under the direction of the Department Director and in collaboration with the LRGHealthcare Education Department, the Education Coordinator will be responsible for the development and implementation of quality improvement and educational programs for the clinical personnel of that department. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for the development and implementation of a Quality Improvement Program designed to improve patient outcomes, medical record documentation, and identify the educational needs of the department staff.BSN preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Minimum of five years experience in the specialty of the department. Educator experience and computer knowledge preferred.Current NH RN license required, Specialty certification preferred where applicable (i.e. NRP, ACLS, TNCC, CCRN).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
